Bharat dynamics limited (BDL) was established in 1970 as a PSU under the ministry of defense government of India.
Situated in Hyderabad, is a manufacturing unit for guided missile system & equipment for Indian armed forces.
Candidates short listed will be posted in any one of the BDL offices i.e. corporate office, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Education qualification
General Manager (HR) –
First Class in MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma in HR / PM&IR / Personnel Management / Social Science / Social Welfare / Social Work of 2 years Duration from University / Institution Recognized by Government.
Deputy General Manager (Civil), Senior Manager (Civil), Deputy Manager (Civil), Assistant Manager (Civil) –
First Class Degree (or 05 years integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in Civil from recognized Universities / Institution or equivalent course.
Senior Manager (Explosives) , Manager (Explosives), Deputy Manager (Explosives) Assistant Manager (Explosives) –
First Class Degree (or 05 years integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in Chemical / Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical from recognized Universities / Institution or equivalent course (Or) First Class M.Sc (Chemistry / Explosive Chemistry)
Junior Manager (Russian / English Translation)- First Class Degree / MS in any discipline of Engineering or equivalent studied in Russia.
First Class Degree / MS in any discipline of Engineering or equivalent and Diploma in Russian Language from a recognized Institution / University or equivalent.

SELECTION PROCESS: BDL RECRUITMENT 2022
- Selection for the Post of Junior Manager (Russian / English Translation) will be based on Written Test.
- Selection for the Post of General Manager (HR) / Deputy General Manager (Civil) / Senior Manager (Civil) / Senior Manager (Explosives) / Manager (Explosives) / Deputy Manager (Civil) / Deputy Manager (Explosives) / Assistant Manager (Civil) / Assistant Manager (Explosives) will be based on Interview.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on the number of years of experience in the requisite/ relevant field / area followed by aggregate marks obtained in the required qualification and age. Candidates are required to appear for Interview on the date, time and venue which will be mentioned in their Call Letter will be sent through e-mail / Speed Post to their correspondence e-mail ID / Postal address.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of maximum 1:10 based on the number of years of experience in the requisite field / area followed by aggregate marks obtained in the required qualification and age. The names of candidates shortlisted for interviews will be displayed on Company’s website.

Candidates willing to join BDL can apply through its official website starting from 16 July to 16 August 2022.
All candidates are allowed to submit their applications through its official website; no application will be accepted offline.
Mandatory credentials along with scanned copy of photo and signatures should be available when submitting applications.
Keep all the registration number, registration slips for future reference or take a print out of these slips.
If you have paid the application fees through SBI Multi Option payment mode, keep the copy of payment slips with you.
Download the ‘Bio-data Performa’ (Annexure-I) from BDL website and fill it up.
Applicants are requested to forward the duly-filled in application (Bio-data) along with all mandatory documents by registered post to the address.
