1. Review, clarify, and process CSP tickets submitted by CES’s external and internal customers.
2. Monitoring our Support email account and responding to customer requests in a timely manner.
3. Check technical integrity of Test Results and other related information
4. Escalate tickets when necessary to the appropriate resolver following CES’s tiered response structure
5. Inform CES sales and operations management as to customer issues
6. Manage training requests for CES’s course catalog and business associate applications from prospective installers
7. Run EXCEL-based metrics on work performed to report queue status
8. Contribute to the success of the team by being proactive and offering suggestions where opportunities are seen
9. Provide exceptional support to all customers – both internal and external.
10. Any other tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
Molex Recruitment 2022 –Qualification
- Knowledge of Structured Cabling or Electrical Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field from an accredited university or equivalent industry experience

- Capable of working with many different cultures around the world.
