EY’s Global Assurance Digital organization is seeking a sales-oriented team member to join the Global Go-to-Market function to support the design, development, and execution of go to market strategies for Assurance technology, including the market leading global digital audit and recently launched internal Neon program.

This plays an essential role in helping to commercialize EY Assurance’s technology and ensure that it remains a differentiating factor for the EY organization.

The role will help to enable the deployment of EY’s digital audit across the Global Assurance network, supporting G360 accounts as well as non-G360 accounts incl.

EY Private accounts. This includes reviewing, enhancing, and implementing existing Digital go-to-market strategies, incorporating user feedback, client feedback and competitive insights where relevant.

The role also requires the candidate to interface closely with stakeholders across the Global Assurance team and the Assurance Service Line, including EY’s Assurance Digital network, such as Digital Account Leaders.

This includes operationalizing best-practice innovation sessions and the gathering, leveraging, and sharing of insights and lessons learned from recent top-end pursuit wins; ensuring that these approaches are industrialized and embedded at scale globally.

  1. Work closely with the Global Go-to-Market Leader to successfully implement go to market strategies and ensure widespread adoption across the EY organization – enabling a continued market leadership position
  2. Support global commercialization and awareness, both internally and externally, of the Neon program and it’s benefits for clients, EY professionals and the EY organization as a whole
  3. Support the effective development and execution of Global Assurance Digital’s ‘360 feedback’ program that enables proactive and year-round feedback monitoring across various sources and will be critical in the ongoing execution of the Neon program
  4. Drive development and engagement of the Digital Account Leader community (including both Vanguard and G360 accounts) to enable optimal knowledge sharing and implementation of best-in-class digital audit strategies
  5. Facilitate and maintain an effective operating model when it comes to monitoring the Assurance deal pipeline and aligning resources for digital pursuit coaching on key deals where relevant
  6. Effectively influence and collaborate with key account stakeholders from across EY Assurance to enable digital audit deployment and account transformation
  7. Build a strong network across the Global Assurance Digital organization, including leadership, product owners and client technology teams, and support individual teams with regard to crafting value propositions and strategies
  8. Identify opportunities for further commercialization of Assurance technology, including increased revenue from expanding service capabilities, contribution to transformational activities (including development of new pricing strategies), and supporting the creation and industrialization of alternative business models
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with the global Markets functions, as well as Area Markets and Business Development teams
  10. Collaborate closely with other key stakeholders from across the Neon program, including BMC, Activation, Acceleration, to ensure that consistent go to market messaging is embedded across all communication channels
