What you’ll do:
Connect with users, partners, and merchants to know their experiences and expectations.
That includes interview scheduling, recruiting participants, and conducting short interviews and surveys through voice calls.
Organize the logging customer interview data for analysis with the support of the research and insights team.
Help with post-research work including coordinating user incentive payouts
The role is 5-days working from 10 am-7 pm. Weekly offs would be on any two days of the week
