Punjab govt has issued a notification for the recruitment of assistant lineman (ALM) for up to 1690 vacancies.
Government of Punjab is looking for young & dynamic workers for the recruitment of Assistant Lineman (ALM)
All candidates are required to submit the application form for the post from 31st July, 2022 to 19th August 2022.

PSPCL Recruitment 2022 Eligibility
Applicant applying for Assistant Lineman (ALM) must have a matriculation or equivalent degree.
The candidates who possess higher education i.e. Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering will be considered only if they have minimum qualifications i.e., National Apprenticeship Certificate in Lineman Trade.
It is compulsory to have a National apprenticeship certificate in lineman trade to get a job in PSPCL.

Age Limit
All candidates applying for PSPCL Recruitment 2022 must have minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years of age.
Relaxation of age is totally under the authority of government of Punjab.
PSPCL recruitment selection process 2022
Online exam will be bilingual (Punjabi/English).
Thus during online examination candidates will have to choose one language (English/Punjabi) of examination and the question paper will consist of 100 objective types of questions (MCQ)
There will be 100 multiple choice objective types of questions with one marks of each correct answer.
The tentative syllabus for online written examination will be uploaded on the website in due course.
Minimum qualifying marks for general category candidates is 30% and reserve category candidates are 25%.

The online test is tentatively scheduled to held at any centre in Punjab which will be intimated by sending the admit card through PSPCL.

Document Verification
On the basis of results, candidates who qualify in the online examination shall be called for document checking.
Checking of original documents will be conducted by the document checking committee for which the date shall be shared.
