1. Dynamics 365 customer engagement (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse – Inbound/Outbound, procurement, Inventory management, Finance integration) and knowledge on the third party integration
2. Dynamics 365 F&O exposure in on premise & cloud versions
3. Providing highly available, scalable dynamics 365 F&O solution on the public cloud platform
4. Subject matter expert knowledge in integration architecture and ability to map integration pattern to functional usage
5. Experience in using Azure services for integration, power APP’s, and power automate for upstream/down streams system integration
6. Experience in business process mapping on the Dynamics 365 platform to meet the business objectives
7. Experience in data migration on Microsoft Dynamics Azure platform – data analysis, data mappings, data harmonization using OOB and third part tools
8. Experience in reporting architecture, with SSRS and knowledge on power BI
9. Ability to lead the technical workshop to work with business and technology partners on requirements to design and develop architecture solutions
10. Should have good problem solving and analytical skills
11. Advocate best practices to develop scalable solutions in alignment with product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations/implementations
12. Experience in agile methodologies
13. Sound exposure to functional domains like Sales – fulfillment, billing, claims & returns,
14. Warehouse – Inbound & outbound processes, procurement & inventory processes
15. Good knowledge on the change & release management approach on the Microsoft dynamics 365 platform
16. Excellent verbal and written communication

1. Convert business requirements to application specific functional design and define clear test plans.
2. Co-ordinate with development team to realize the functional design.
3. Perform functional and integration tests to confirm solution design before deployment to productive environment.
4. Handle 3rd level support issues specific to the functional area within the application.
5. Ensure high quality functional solutions from the supplier for enhancements.
6. Ensure high quality documentation of the solutions.
7. Ensuring appropriate use of Daimler IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies.
8. Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view
9. Conduct/Support End User Trainings during the Rollout Phases
10. Participate in Data Migration workshops and prepared detailed functional concepts and data mapping requirements
11. Support UAT and Integration Testing phases in the Rollout
12. Discuss with business to prepare detailed cutover plan for the go lives
13. Lead hyper care period to ensure zero business impact
