Bank of India recruitment 2023|Salary
During the training period (PGDBF) of one year, in the first three trimesters i.e. Training period at institute, stipend of Rs.2500/- per month and during the last trimester, stipend of Rs.15,000/-per month will be paid to the candidate.
After successfully completion of course, candidates will be appointed in the pay scale of Junior Management Grade Scale – I (JMGS I) [₹ 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840]
Bank of India recruitment 2023|Selection
The Selection of the candidates for the Bank of India recruitment 2023 will be through an online test, GD and personal interviews.
Bank will conduct the personal interviews of all the selected candidates. The total marks allotted for the Interview will be 60. Minimum qualifying marks will be 40% for General/EWS category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates
Group Discussion will be conducted for the candidates selected through the online tests at some selected centers. The total marks allotted for Group Discussion will be 40. Minimum qualifying marks will be 40% for General/EWS category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates.
The final selection of the candidates will be based on the marks obtained by the candidates in Online Examinations, Personal Interviews, and Group discussion.
After the final selection of the candidates as above, they are to mandatorily pass the Diploma course (PGDBM) before getting inducted/ absorbed in the Bank.
Admission for Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF)
During the first three trimesters i.e. Training period at the institute, a stipend of Rs.2500/- per month, and during the last trimester, a stipend of Rs.15,000/-per month will be paid to the candidate.
