Key responsibilities:
Operations
- Manage a team of 20-30 content writers + editors
- Work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under tight deadlines
- To lead, develop, and motivate a high-performance team
- Optimally staff the team to meet goals set. Ensure the team captures accurate times, meets all quality parameters, and meets/exceeds deliverables timelines
- Continuously improve team performance by reviewing weekly reports, identify key learning areas, and guide the team to develop/provide refreshers
- Conduct calibration exercises with the leads to standardize writing style guide and quality check grading
- Create/improve training curriculum to quickly train new team members
- To effectively manage Process Adherence, Break Adherence & Schedule Adherence
- Highlight to Mgr./BU Head on any people queries/issues on timely basis
- To provide process support in alignment with client requirements
- To effectively communicate with all levels within the program
- Take up additional responsibilities based on the program request

- Should have some knowhow of Chicago Manual of Style, Associated Press Guidelines, etc.
- Should possess good operations, process, & product knowledge
- Good interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
- Ability to interact with the client and to fine tune expectations
- Ability to guide the team and manage team expectations to manage team goals
- Knowledge/Implementation of content management, language, or workflow tools, preferable
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English Literature, Linguistics, Media Communications, or any other relevant field
