The selection process of Capgemini Recruitment 2022 has 4 rounds that include:
- Pseudo Code Round
- English Communication Test
- Game-Based Aptitude Test
- Behavioral Competency Test
Pseudo Code –: In this round, there will be 30 code snippets to find the output within a given time limit of 30 minutes.
English Communication Test -: This will be an MCQ section with four options for every question.

You have to pass them quickly and with accuracy.
Behavioral Competency Test -:
It’s a name for a Psychometric test where you have to answer different situation-based questions.
The questions are like agree/disagree where you have to choose one for each question.
This is where it gets tricky because they ask you the same questions in different ways make sure you practice a lot.
