- # Exposure in implementation of Generative AI models utilizing platforms like but not limited to Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock
- # Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- # Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Machine Learning and Deep learning techniques, and identify opportunities to integrate them into products and services
- # Proficient in Python and have exposure with Machine Learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and frameworks like Flask, Django
- # Exposure with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and library/tools such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face
- # Optimization of existing Generative AI models for improved performance, accuracy, and efficiency
- # Development and maintenance of AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation
- # Exposure of cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
- # Willing to explore new within technologies and implement the same.
- # Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile Scrum

- Proven solution and architecture experience in “Automation Anywhere” and have broad knowledge of all RPA tool capabilities
- Expert knowledge in A360 to solve problems during development & deployment.
- Proficient in handling the multiple complex development concepts and designing techniques
- Possesses good knowledge solution environments A360 client/server architecture, Infra, DevOps, Security, Versioning, Cloud, Web etc.,
- Perform capacity management for BOT requirements – managing the volumes and BOT scaling
- Applies advanced subject matter knowledge and is regarded as a technical subject matter expert for automation
- Experience in troubleshooting, RPA development processes and ability to understand and implement holistic solution for client requirements.
- Proven technical experience in an IT programming development environment, ideally in A360
- Knowledge in Automation Cost Benefit analysis, calculating AHT, deriving Automation KPI from inputs.
- Possess Infrastructure, Architecture, Advanced and Master level certifications in A360
- Healthcare domain and process knowledge
- Experience in providing end-to-end solution integrating NLP/OCR/AI w/ RPA framework
