JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, load, and QC LabMatrix study setup consistent with the protocol and other applicable study documents (e.g. DARS, DTSs, Q2 Solutions database reports).
- Enable and assist with the formulation, review and execution of outbound DARS consistent with protocol restrictions and informed consent of subjects.
- Enable and assist with the formulation, review and execution of data transfer specification/agreements (DTSs/DTAs) from third party labs (ie, vendors and central labs) to LabMatrix, while coordinating with study and biomarker operations.
- Assist the LabMatrix data engineering team with the design of DTAs and interpretation and QC of data attributes (during ingestion) in a manner consistent with the protocol.
- Coordinate with biomarker teams to collect requirements for future dashboards and reporting.
- Design and configure custom dashboards and reports per user requirements, in concert with other areas, including IQVIA Data Ingestion Lead and Q2 Project Services team
- Configure and test of any custom data loaders needed to enable data ingestion per DTSs, in concert with other areas, including IQVIA Data Ingestion Lead, Q2 Project Services team, and Data Provider contact, when applicable.
- QC the loaded data (will work with Amgen team to develop QC criteria) and review dashboards before releasing them to Amgen teams and provide support to IQVIA Data Ingestion Lead, Q2 Project Services team, and Data Provider contact, when applicable
- Perform data integration QC to ensure data transfer compliance to DTSs.
- Present QC summaries to Amgen teams for review and approval.

- Detect and report data ingestion errors to the data providers and assist in trouble shooting as needed.
- Provide training and support to Amgen biomarker operation team in the use of LabMatrix.
- Collect bug reports from users and provide to the Tech Lead and/or BioFortis LabMatrix Development team for investigation and resolution.
- Interact with Amgen biomarker operation team in order to enable querying with QIAGRAM.
- Help trouble shoot missing data/samples detected in the ascertainment report.
- Will oversee authoring of 3rd party lab data transfer specifications.
- Will oversee review and approval of DARS/RMS.
- Will oversee QC execution of setup QC.
- Will oversee tech review of data integration QC.
- Will oversee development and testing of report and loader configuration.
